We Use the Finest Roofing Materials
For your roofing project we use only 30 lb synthetic hybrid underlayment which is 6x stronger than normal felt, 30 Year architectural, Presidential Shake or Lifetime TL. We use only CDX plywood and not OSB plywood. In addition to this, we use only lead pipe flashing and not regular pipe flashing. Our detailed inspection process ensures no detail is missed. Freddie replaced our roof in October, 2022. After getting five bids from roofing companies, Freddie, the owner, was the most reasonably priced and made us feel comfortable trusting him to do the job right. He was very thorough in his explanations and offered options that suited our needs. We needed to replace our gutters and he did that too. He actually works with his crew on the job, so he's available to answer any questions during installation. The crew was friendly and accommodating and always cleaned up the site at the end of the workday.
